NTM - New Tribes Mission | Planting Tribal Churches

Steve and Donell have been ministering in Papua New Guinea since 1989.  They serve in a support role enabling the tribal missionaries to stay in the tribe translating and teaching the Word of God.  It takes teamwork to accomplish the goal of reaching the tribal folk of Papua New Guinea with the Gospel.

After 22 years in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, with Steve serving in Aviation and Donell in many ministries around the NTM PNG Support Center, we were asked to relocate to the capital city of Port Moresby and arrived here in August 2011. Here we minister as NTM Representatives and look after all of the passport, work permit and visa requirements of over 400 missionaries with over 900 passports from 13 countries. We also get to help new and returning missionaries through the airport when they arrive. Steve has been privileged to do some teaching at a couple of bible studies with local people and preach on occasion too. It is a challenging work here but very exciting and rewarding.
