Here is a great video, that we shared in one of our update emails, that tells what’s going on here at New Tribes Bible Institute from the students perspective.

Enjoy!

Wednesday in Waukesha

Posted by Ryan Worley on Wednesday, April 4th, 2012

I love this picture and the quote, and this graphic is one that I use a lot when I have the opportunity to speak to the student body about evangelism.  We serve an amazing God that is at work in this world, and a God who desires to use us in those situations that are both wonderful and impossible.  We never would have guessed that we would have been here in Waukesha at this point in our lives.  However, God loves to do what we least expect.  In Isaiah 55:8-9 God says,

‘For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways’, declares the Lord.  ‘For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.’

Although we never saw ourselves here in Waukesha doing what we are doing, we are thankful to the God who sits enthroned over the earth for where we are, and what He is choosing to do in us and through us, to those around us.  We continue to walk by faith, trusting the God whose ways and thoughts are far beyond our understanding.

Monday Moment

Samuel loves his little brother!

Samuel wanted to hold his little brother yesterday…you know because he sees his big brother and sister do it…and so we let him!  He didn’t drop him, which was good, but just sat there and looked at his little bro.  He loves Asher, which we are thankful for.
