NTM PLEDGE AND COVENANT
August 1, 1942

Pledge and covenant entered into by Paul Fleming, Bob Williams, and Cecil Dye, to reach the last tribe with the Gospel in our generation. (selected text)

I. We hereby pledge ourselves:
A. To work for the completion of the Bride of Christ until death.
B. To measure all our effort in the light of this task.
C. To refrain from doing even the good things if they do not contribute to the most important thing, namely, reaching the last unevangelized tribe in our generation.
D. To do nothing that would hinder or detract or render us powerless in the accomplishment of this goal.

The founders of NTM had this vision back in 1942, and today  NTM is over 3,000 strong, still working toward the completion of the Bride of Christ. What a privilege and blessing it is to serve God in this way at NTBI; training hungry-hearted young people in the Word of God.

It is so exciting to see eyes light up as folks discover what is theirs as a result of trusting Jesus…not only eternal life and heaven, but power, wisdom and “all things that pertain to life and godliness” in order to make Christ known throughout the world until He comes again.

In June 2011, I, Rex, began serving as President of NTBI Jackson. It was a natural move, given my previous role as Director of Community Relations. I am so excited about having the privilege of introducing so many people to NTM and what we are all about. Shirley has been very helpful as my assistant, keeping me organized and helping coordinate special events.   

Serving the students and staff here at NTBI is such a privilege; we thank God daily for the team He has raised up that partners with us each month – prayerfully and finacially. We know that this would not be possible without you!
