Please pray for Phil’s mom. She was recently taken to the hospital with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. At first they thought she might have to have colon surgery but have decided it is colitis. This is treatable so she should have been released from the hospital today. Please pray for her continued recovery.

Phil’s Mom

Thank you for praying. Heather is back from her two trips and none the worst for jumping out of airplanes! Haley is back from her World Changers trip and I think they were a blessing and no one fell off of a roof or got hurt. Cody hasn’t decided where he will take pilot training but continues to work to make money for his first car and for schooling.
Haley’s in South Carolina!
Posted by Phil and Jackie on Sunday, June 14th, 2009
Please pray for Haley this week as she left Saturday morning for South Carolina with about 19 other kids and 7 adults from our church. They have joined a group of about 400 from various churches as a part of World Changers. These kids will be doing various types of construction to help needy families with home improvement projects. Please pray for their safety and that they will have many opportunities to witness for the Lord. We hope their lives will be changed as well as the lives of those they serve.
Heather is “jumping” for joy!
Posted by Phil and Jackie on Sunday, June 14th, 2009
Heather is pleased that she has already made two free fall jumps during her training in Colorado. She was afraid she would be sent home early if she didn’t do it right but so far she is still there. They had bad weather the first two days they were to jump but it cleared up Friday and they were able to jump twice. She will jump again tomorrow (Monday, June 15). She hasn’t done it perfectly but hopefully is improving. They get five jumps all together. Please pray for her safety, though I’m sure she’s having a blast – I worry a little about my little girl jumping out of airplanes!!
Cody has decisions to make
Posted by Phil and Jackie on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009
Cody is home now and we are excited about that. But he does have big decisions to make about his future. His plans are to take pilot training with the possibility of going into missionary aviation. He needs to decide where he will take the training. Another factor is finances. He may stay here and work for a while until he has enough money for a car and to begin schooling. He’d appreciate your prayers for these big decisions!

He began deteriorating recently and we were told that his body was beginning to shut down. We were on our way to Montana yesterday (Monday, Sept. 22) when we heard that he had passed away. (more…)
Pray we can keep our feet dry!

We’d appreciate your prayers as we try to weather another storm here in Florida. We made it through tropical storm Fay and it never actually became a hurricane but now parts of Sanford and surrounding cities are having problems with flooding. Also, we hear that another tropical storm (which may soon become hurricane Hannah) may hit Florida this next week. So far, our home has stayed dry – please pray for continued safety and that the storms will miss us.
Celebrating with Heather!

Posted by Phil and Jackie on Friday, April 11th, 2008We were reminded to pray for the safety of our missionaries and our pilots recently when we heard about a plane which had to make an emergecy landing in Bolivia this month. We are so thankful for the Lord’s protection and that no one was hurt. Read the article at: www.ntm.org/ntmaviation/news_details.php
Please pray for the safety of not only our pilots but all our missionaries all over the world.
