Three ways to be Engaged!

God has not called all of us to go around the world and minister in tribal missions. He has called all of us to be engaged in Great Commission work in some capacity though. For some it is to go, some it’s to pray, some it’s to give, and others it’s all three.

It says in Revelation 5:9 that there will be “some from every tribe and tongue and nation.” God’s desire is to use His people to accomplish this work. I am constantly challenged to be engaged in God’s unfolding plan of redemption!

Paul writes in Philippines 3:14 “I press towards the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Pressing on is indicative of engagement and not stagnation! Lets challenge each other to fight the good fight and stay engaged in ministry where ever we are.

I want each one of us to get and extra squeeze from the Father when He turns us around to see a line of people and says “they are here because of you!”

Our Vision is to see 50 new language groups reached with the gospel over the next 5 years! This is a huge task and can only be done if we are all engaged in some capacity.

2.  Not called to go but want to Give?

We are funded by people like you that have a desire to see God’s Word printed in every language. As missionaries with New Tribes Mission we are responsible for 100% of our funding. This means that we are not payed a salary and there are no benefits. We have been so blessed to have numerous people financialy  partner with over the last few years. Some give annually, some quarterly, and some monthly.

It would be a privilege to partner with you in ministry. If God leads you in this direction we will stay in contact with you through our newsletter, blog, NTM at Work Magazine, and personal contact.We feel it is very importent for you to be connected to the work you are giving to. We know that times are tight and every gift is used with care. The below form has a breakdown of our expenses and reasons behind them.

3.  Want to be  a prayer partner?

Here is your opportunity to bring tribal missions before the Lord. It is so easy to overlook the need for continual prayer. Our culture is saying we must constantly be doing and the results depend on us. While we do need to be faithful laborers, God has asked us to bring everything before Him in prayer. Some people have the gift of prayer and will continual be bringing people before the Lord.
