Our goal is to see as many ethnical groups reached in Brazil and other countries as possible. Brazil is a large country with approximately 144 minority ethnical groups.
From the beginning NTM realized that the national church needed to be involved in reaching these indigenousness groups and started a training program to equip Brazilian believers called by God to cross-cultural ministry.
Thelma and I are involved in this ministry and feel that by doing this we are multiplying ourselves, participating in reaching many groups in Brazil and in Africa by the ministry of those we help train.
Shekinah Missionary Institute offers a specialized training in language and culture acquisitions, besides spiritual discipleship and practical instruction such has construction, mechanics, canoeing, outboard motors, basic nursing notions, etc.
We endeavor to give biblical, technical and practical knowledge that will aid these future missionaries in the process of church planting
