To continue on in buying this house that God pretty much dropped in my lap, I need to raise an additional $2400 monthly as well as around $20,000 toward down payment, closing, and other associated costs. The cool thing is that since all gifts to my ministry with NTM are tax-deductible, gifts toward the house are too! If God is laying it on your heart to be involved in this project, here’s what you can do:
- Give a recurring gift to help with the monthly costs I will now incur with home ownership. I’m working to raise an additional $2400 monthly. To help with that number, mark the circle by “Regular Monthly Support.”
- Give a one-time gift toward the $20,000 I need to raise. To do that, mark the circle next to “For this Missionary’s Ongoing Ministry Expenses.” This will cause those funds to be set aside in a special portion of my account that I’ve already earmarked for the costs of buying the house.

Missionaries pay 3.1 percent transaction fee. The fees that credit card companies charge for online transactions—3.1 percent of each donation—are charged to the ministry accounts of the missionaries who receive the gifts. You will still receive a tax-deductible receipt for the full amount of the gift.
