Justin and Shelbi Brammer Challenging the Next Generation to Missions …but wait shouldn’t we always be thankful?
We are going to leave this question as a rhetorical one, and I’m hoping we all know the true answer to it. As the Holiday season is upon us though, I can’t help but think, SCHOOL IS ALMOST DONE!!! Did I overdue it there with all caps and exclamation points? Oh well I tend to get a little excited of thinking of the days when I am no longer spending hours in a classroom. Although the training has been extremely valuable, and much needed, I prefer getting my hands dirty (bring it Mike Rowe).
Yet as I think back on the past two semesters of training, my heart is absolutely softened, and I am totally humbled. You see, I have been blessed to sit back and watch God do things in our lives that I at times didn’t think possible and at times have never before seen God work in this magnitude in my life. You see on December 18th, when Shelbi and I graduate from here, we will be debt free. And, I know that we will all agree that the glory ultimately goes to God, yet I have never forgotten the individuals that have allowed God to work through them and be a blessing in our lives. As some months were tougher than others, we always had food on the table, and as I sit in awe of our Father in Heaven I truly thank every one of you, who have tangibly shown us what the body of Christ looks like and acts like.
I close with two simple words that don’t quite convey how I truly do appreciate and love all of you, THANK YOU!!!
