So often we hear talk about future ministries of what people will be doing. So if you thought you would hear about the tribes we may or may not be working in, sorry.
Have you heard, we’ve changed outreaches. We are currently no longer working with Orion science center. But time did not become lost. The Lord instantly provided more ways to serve him.
We are currently serving with C.A.L.O. (Change Academy Lake of the Ozarks) This is a school for kids who need help with issues in their life. They will live at this school while they complete online school, ropes courses and other challenges designed to build confidence and trust. All this time they are raising a golden lab to help them to understand relationships.
As far as what we are doing… well we come in on Sunday and give them a church type service. Most of the time we will spend 2 hours of hanging out with the kids and building relationships, than an hour of teaching.
Pray that the Lord will be working on the staff of this school to open up more opportunities for us to get involved. Also that we will see where and how the Lord is using us to impact theses kids.
