Yes, you heard it right! We are moving to Sanford, FL, to the NTM Home Office.

 Our Ministry - What exactly are you doing?

Josh is the NTM USA Director of IT Security–What that means is that Josh:

-Teaches a digital security class for Bible school students & missionary candidates (over 250 students every year)

-Is the primary responder for when there are digital security issues–virus outbreaks, hacking incidents, etc

-Does Research & Development on how to better protect our missionaries while they are ministering stateside or overseas

Josh is also the interim NTM USA Director of IT Operations–What that means is that Josh:

-Provides leadership and management of daily technology operations at all 6 NTM USA locations (over 1100 missionaries & students)

Location - Why Florida?

As our ministry has evolved in the last couple years, it has become clear that we need to be located at the Home Office.  Most of the departments that Josh works with are located there, as well as the rest of the IT leadership team that Josh works with. It is not possible for him to effectively do his ministry at any other location.

Timeline - When is all this happening?

Our tentative date to move is mid-October 2012.

Needs - What do you need before you can move?

We are a short on our monthly support, but only by a little bit… We need to raise less than $200/month!

We also need to raise some funds for our initial cost to move down there and procure housing…Which is estimated at this point to be around $10,000.
