John & Jerrie Gorenflo

1974 found us in Indonesia with 8 of our children.  We worked at our center as dorm parents, overseeing construction and supply work thrown in for variety.  After Home Assignment we moved interior and spent many years there learning language and culture and teaching the Good News of Jesus Christ to the Taman people group.

In 1999 a major move and ministry change took us to Singapore/Malaysia where we represented the mission and introduced the work and ministry of New Tribes to the Christian community there.

In 2007 we returned to the US, moved to Ohio and began another phase of ministry, Member Care.  Since then we have met with countless missionaries who are back for Home Assignment, medical care, family needs, conferences, seminars and further education.

Member Care ministry exists for the purpose of encouraging our folks.   To help wherever we can to make their time in the US pleasant, encouraging and refreshing.
