Jason and Angie Bechtel Bringing Hope to Unreached People Groups 
This past weekend (April 11-13) the second year ladies and staff headed out for our 2nd annual ladies retreat at the Taylor Residence. The Taylors are a family that let us use their spacious home for the weekend. We did most of our own cooking, but splurged and bought Chinese take-out for Saturday night.
Basically we spent the weekend doing whatever we wanted as long as it was relaxing for us! We watched movies, played games, made cards, went shopping, swimming and lots more. We had hoped for nice weather like we had last year, but it poured all day Saturday. Our spirits weren’t dampened one bit though as we found lots to amuse ourselves indoors.
There were only 10 of us to go in total (our whole class), so we all were able to have our own beds! What a luxury!
On Sunday we had our own little church service on the theme of “Joy”. To end the weekend off, we watched a DVD with Chonda Pierce, a comedienne. Not only did she get us laughing, but she had a great message on how our father, the King of the Universe sees us as Princesses!
I think everyone had a great, relaxing weekend. Thank you to the Taylor family for being so generous!
