Can you believe that Delena is 1 year old? For some, the idea of being a parent of a one year old brings on feelings of shock and surprise—"where did the year go?".

For me, it makes me thankful. I am all the more thankful that God has allowed Angie and I one whole year with this blessing from His hand.

Days before her birthday, we spent the weekend with her grandparents. On both Saturday and Sunday, Delena enjoyed the privilege of being stripped of her clothing and given her very own piece of chocolate cake. Of course, Delena then enjoyed a bath once she was done doing whatever a 1-year old does with chocolate cake.
