This is a rare show of affection in the Igorot(mountain people) culture when Loli embraced Jacob. The Igorots or the mountain people do not show physical affection very often. The most we have seen is at funerals. It is not common for people to show affection and when they do , it must mean a lot. We are grateful to be back.

March marks one of the bitterest sweet months of our lives. In the tribe we had a huge pomelo tree up the hill and when it bloomed you could smell it throughout the village.The pomelo is a bitter sweet fuit with a thick skin. God often has us experience the fruit of the pomelo.
