The paramedics picked David up off the floor because he was too weak and nauseated to move. He had gotten up at 4:45 am Saturday morning with the intention of going kayak fishing before the forecast winds came up.
It was all he could do to keep from passing out by keeping his head on the floor with his knees tucked under him. He remembers opening his eyes a crack to see our house entrance fading away and once more in the ambulance after his first vomiting episode.
Kristia’s hand on his foot in emergency was a comforting reminder she had arrived. After four hours and three different types of anti-nausea medicines the vomiting finally stopped and David could look around.
A myriad of tests were run all day but everything came back negative.
After David had been up for awhile getting ready on the second day his blood pressure was unusually high. Doctors are exploring that area now.
Thank you for praying for David’s recovery, an accurate diagnosis and for our needs to be met as bills start coming in.
