Katrina is on her way to the Philippines.
Ever since I was in 9th grade I had planned on taking a trip home to the Philippines to visit some friends. Over this past summer I was able to email with a family I knew over there and they invited me to come visit them.
I immediately took them up on their offer and started to save money up for the trip. I have been able to get a plane ticket and make plans for what I’m going to do when I get to the Philippines.
I’ll be spending three weeks with my friends. We will be going to the wedding of some missionary kids, going to the beach, and then going to a missionary conference. When we are at the conference I will get the privilege to work in the nursery.
It will be a very long trip over to the Philippines and I’m a little nervous about doing it on my own. It will be great to see my friends and to just be home for a few weeks.
Please be praying that everything works out for all my flights and that I arrive safely there and back again. Also be praying that I will able to be a big help during the conference. Thank you so much for your prayers!
