Dale and Barb McAlister Connecting YOU to Tribal Missions Update and Prayer for 2008
- January – Dale went on a mission trip to Haiti with Calvin, what a blessing!!
- February 16-24 missions conference at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. We were able to speak in many classes.
- June 11-July 10 Mission trip to Brazil, God undertook and gave us a great trip. Praise HIM!!
- July 20-27 Spoke at Liberty on worship- God gave many opportunites to challenge others.
- Sept – Dale turns 65 but ISN"T retiring until he is really OLD
- Oct 19-25 our kids will all be here for a week. We are looking forward to a great time.
Trip from PA
We were on our way back from some meetings and decided to see more of the USA so stopped in Philadelphia and saw the Liberty Bell and Historical downtown. It was awesome!! We also found a cozy, small place to have breakfast. It even had the 60′s prices. $3.75 for 2 eggs, hash browns, toast, juice and coffee. We haven’t seen those prices for a LONG time, have we??
Yes, we did see the Eagles Stadium and the game was just starting and people were gathering as we drove by.
So, it was a good trip. We enjoyed visiting with the other reps who consider it a privilege to serve the Lord by challenging people into tribal missions. It was awesome to hear many of the stories of how God has provided for each person.

Who is Rev. Donald I Phillips??? He is my dad and how did God make a way???
In 1951 my dad left the USA with his family to serve the Lord in Brazil with YFC. I was six years old (oops now I am telling my age!!) and I still remember driving across the USA from LA. We were leaving on a ship from NY without regular support nor with the money for our trip but we were on our way!! From the time I was very small I learned that GOD made a WAY, was able and HE would provide!!
We stopped at Winona Lake and there at a conference God raised up our monthly support and passage. Yes, God did provide!! My Dad started YFC in Brazil in 1951 and now 56 years later are hundreds and hundreds of people that were saved from that ministry and are reaching others.
