About

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the FATHER and the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

                                                                       - Matthew 28:19-20

 THE NEED

God’s plan of grace has been fully revealed to us through His word, but there are many who don’t know of Christ’s love. More than 2,500 people groups are still waiting for the good news of the Gospel. God has entrusted the church with His message of hope, and we have been commanded to take it to the ends of the earth.

OUR CALL

We have a passion for people who are geographically isolated from the Gospel. We believe God would have us leave our home  behind  and  go to these  people  who have no hope.

OUR PLAN

We are currently training with New Tribes Mission at their Missionary Training Center in Roach, Missouri. As training progresses we will be evaluated and guided by staff, who will help us make future ministry decisions. Our individual skills and abilities will also help us determine a field and country where we can be most effective.

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"

                                                            -Romans 10:14-15

They need to hear, so we will go.

Ciara’s trip to Papua New Guinea.

I went to Papua New Guinea in 2004. It was an incredible experience and I would recommend it to everyone. New Tribes has a program set up called Interface. It’s a 6 week, hands on look at church planting in tribal locations. The main stay is held at the interface campus where we lived in hut like buildings. The mornings are  spent in class, where we learned the trade language, Pidgin. We also learned how lost tribes are reached and the method of church planting.

In the afternoon we would walk to the nearby tribe. We visited with the Bena people and tried to learn their native language, Bena. While I was there there were no Bena believers. The missionaries were finishing up language learning and were putting together chronological Bible lessons to soon present the Gospel.

We went on a week long side trip to visit an established tribal church. We flew to an island and then had to drive to the center. We visited the Kaulong people and sat in on their church. There was an amazing difference between the saved in this tribe and the unsaved in the Bena. It was so neat to fellowship with tribal brothers and sisters.

The trip showed me just how big our world is and how important it is to share Christ while we are here.

Ciara’s trip to Panama

Drama In 2005 I went to Panama with Focus on the Family. They have a teen girls magazine called Brio, and every summer they have a Brio trip. The trip is a summer camp/ missions trip for about 300 teen girls and a few guys. I went as a leader of a team of 30. The girls learned a drama skit about a toymaker (God) who makes perfect toy land. The evil magician (Satan) tricks the toys and they rebel against their maker. The toy maker then sends His son to save them. The whole time there is a CD playing with music and a Spanish explanation. Our team went around in a tour bus and performed the skit in schools, parks and anywhere else we could. I was not in the skit, but I built relationships with the girls and challenged them in to missions.

Brio is a great magazine for young teenagers, they also have a boy version. Visit briomag.com
